It's so hard to come up with something original to comment other than the obligatory "OH GOD THIS IS GORGEOUS". But seriously, it is.
My favorite details are the way the light catches her hair, the white glow/outline of her silhouette, and the subtle green eyeshadow. Lovely.

8'D I went way overboard with her tattoos. OH WELL. She's got the kind of tattoos that can only show up in black lights. Oh hellz yeah.
She's also from a different planet, so there. (if her head was shaved, you'd be able to see ALL OF her head tattoos.
